Proven leadership as a Director and Trainer, with a strong track record in curriculum development, project coordination, training delivery, monitoring, and policy-level collaboration across Nepal’s education and social sectors.
My approach combines careful listening, participatory methods, and context-sensitive design—from Master Training of Trainers to grassroots facilitation—shaped around the people in the room and the change they need to create.

Expert design and delivery of training from Master Training of Trainers (MToT) to grassroots levels, with 393 training groups facilitated across Nepal.
Sessions are shaped around clear outcomes and active participation—for trainers, teachers, project staff, community leaders, and stakeholders—working with national and international partners including UNICEF, Plan International, Save the Children, ActionAid, World Vision, and UMN.
Child-centered pedagogy, Activity-Based Learning (ABL), CFS/CCLP, and teacher training for formal and non-formal education.
Programs connect educational ideas with practical classroom tools—from Grade I–III CFS/CCLP teacher training and headteacher/SMC/PTA orientations to ABL for basic-level teachers and multi-grade multi-level approaches.
Skilled development of curricula, textbooks, learning materials, training manuals, and facilitator guides for education interventions.
Contributions span NFE–ALP curricula and materials with CEHRD, UNICEF, and CARE Nepal; ABL books; out-of-school and flexible learning resources; parenting education manuals; and DRR activity guidebooks for teachers.
Specialist support in life skills education, financial literacy, Education in Emergencies (EiE), and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).
Includes Aflateen+ manuals and workbooks, life and financial skills for youth, post-disaster teacher training, SBDRR and local curriculum work, and child-centered DRR activity materials developed with NCED, UNICEF, and education cluster partners.
